Thomson managers graduate from The Management Academy 2024
Eleven dynamic managers and aspiring leaders from Thomson environmental consultants recently completed an intensive management training programme led by the esteemed Simon Thorpe of Expressions Partnership. The comprehensive course, spanning several months, delved into crucial modules such as:
- Effective Communication,
- Recruitment and Retention,
- Managing Performance, and
- Developing Talent.
As a result, our Thomson managers now boasts the essential skills, tools and knowledge to get the best results from our teams that will benefit all.
Finding better ways to lead, manage and develop people
Expressing his admiration for our team members, Simon Thorpe from Expressions Partnership remarked:
